***SOLVED!***
This suspect has been identified as 23-year old Ronald Floyd of Lakeland. 

Floyd confessed to detectives and was charged with: attempted burglary of a conveyance (mask enhancement, six counts), burglary of a conveyance (mask enhancement,  two counts), and felony petit theft (two counts).

PCSO detectives would like to get the person in this video identified following a suspicious incident near McKeel Academy of Technology in Lakeland.

This person was caught on video attempting to get into a locked vehicle on May 11th at around 12:41 am.

Upon learning of the attempted crime, deputies checked with residents in the neighborhood and learned that most of the residents' vehicles were locked, and no burglaries were known to have occurred.
