CRIME: PETIT THEFT FROM A MERCHANT
CRIME SCENE: NAGOYA SUSHI & HIBACHI - 
1100 CHAMPIONS DRIVE, DAVENPORT
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CASE #25-21301

On May 23, 2025, at about 6:30 pm, a man had entered to use the restroom at Nagoya Sushi & Hibachi restaurant in Davenport. As he was leaving, he took a to-go order that did not belong to him. The value of the theft was $47.85.

PCSO detectives are hoping that someone will recognize the white male (wearing gray shirt and black shorts) in this video, and share that information, so a detective can speak with him about this case.

The man has a tattoo on his right bicep and a tattoo sleeve on his left arm.
